We are looking to acquire land with planning potential.  From sites of one to 30 acres, with or without planning permission, either green or brownfield, and we are happy to consider resolving issues regarding access, ground conditions and legal complications.  We have experience in land assembly, obtaining planning approval by both applications and appeals and promoting land through development plan reviews.
